I spent 2 years in Gainesville while attending the University of Florida's Rinker School of Construction Management. It gave me a way of looking at a project from the ground up, not just one trade at a time.
For more than 20 years I've also been flipping real estate. Buying, fixing and selling houses teaches you fast what adds value to a property and what's just noise, and I bring that same eye to your home.
I've worked in Winter Park, Florida for 18 years. I know these streets, these lakes and these homes, from the older houses under the oaks to the big estates on the water, and I know what Central Florida sun, rain and humidity do to an exterior.
I also spent 6 years in Clearwater Beach, where homes live with salt air and coastal weather every day.
